Congress is considering landmark legislation to confront the climate crisis, cut energy costs for our families, strengthen the economy and make important investments in overburdened communities.

The Inflation Reduction Act, which the Senate approved Sunday with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking a 50-50 tie, is the strongest congressional climate action yet. It’s good for the country. It’s good for Virginia, and it should be passed without delay.
