Powering Progress: New Jersey’s Next Steps in Offshore Wind Transmission

A recent initiative by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has highlighted the state’s commitment to harnessing offshore wind power and integrating it into the existing electric grid. With the closure of solicitations for proposals, the focus now shifts to selecting a developer to build a connection from offshore wind turbines to the grid.
