Nashville is a city on the rise. This brings challenges. Our next administration will shoulder the responsibility of navigating the challenges and opportunities. Beyond just being a popular tourist destination, we prefer to create a city that’s a great place to live.
The essential pillars of a thriving city have not kept pace. Too often weโre resigned to frustrations, like gridlock traffic, skyrocketing housing costs and economic development that overlooks the average person. Thatโs why we are focusing our mayoral forum on these pillar issues: mobility, housing, and community engagement.
We understand the forum fatigue. Nashvillians have had growth fatigue for years. Voters should be informed about the candidatesโ plans and priorities.
